Rainy days and Mondays

It's been raining for three days. No kidding. Thank you so much, Fay. Aubrey came home after lunch today (you can't survey in the rain) and tore a big whole in my kitchen wall. I love that man! I have been talking forever about building a pantry in the kitchen. I wanted to build it into the wall, since there is no room to build it out. Well, the other day, he found some plans for a cabinet just like I'd been talking about and today he started work on it. Nothing says "I love you, babe!" like a circular saw and a pile of dust in the kitchen! Olivia is loving watching him work (from a distance). It cracks her up.

One brief little request...my bestest friend Tracy had a baby girl yesterday at 24 weeks. It will be touch and go for many days and I want all of you to pray hard for Baby Brooklyn. No one deserves this miracle more than Tracy!

Thanks Cheyenne! I love that our men show us love with power tools and dust! Wait until Olivia follows him around trying to measure things or hammering things in.... I'm so glad that you're getting your pantry!!! Maybe one day soon I'll get down there... Ok really maybe in the spring but you can stop by and see my new floors if you head out to NE this fall for holidays!.
