Between two worlds
So, I'm not much of a people picture-taker. I like to take pics of Olivia, but to be honest, it's not my most favorite thing. There are so many things you have to take into account from background to posing. My real true love is outdoor photography. I found these two pictures while I was organizing my photos. They really illustrate my two worlds. The tree is in my parents' pasture in Nebraska. Notice how bare the horizon (and the tree) is. The beach, of course, is our yearly haunt on the Gulf. Sometime I'll post and Alabama tree picture so all you out-of-towners can see just how beautiful it is down here. Two very different pictures, but they both evoke fond memories and show the different kinds of beauty Mother Nature paints for us.

Ooooh! I love them both! Especially the beach picture. You need to tutor me in landscape photography! Oh, and I am planning on staying at my mom's house after the reunion for that next week when you're in town.
Cheyenne, you are so talented! I hope that you keep up the hobby even in the midst of motherhood. Very beutiful pictures, I never knew how pretty Nebraska is.
Those pics. are so neat! It seems I used to take pics. of that kind of stuff (not nearly as cool though). I think I have forgotten that I can still do that, I just got into the habit of only taking pics. of my kids.
I love the pics. You could take more pics of Alabama landscape, blow them up, frame them and sell them in those fun botiques you like.
I love them cheyenne! By the way my sister and about 40 other women have become as addicted as me via you via me via Nina. Also the insanity is worse than you think - we are going to NYC to a book signing lol!
